I am a size 6.5 or 7 in the UK. What sizes do these work to? American?
If so I would probably need a size 9 or 9.5. Are these boots big made?

And if not, considering that they run small. . I am a seven and a half. If I ordered an eight and a half, do you think they'd be too big?

These are my favorite boots to date. Unlike the Spatterdashes offered on this site, they need no "stretch time." You put them right on right out of the box, and they feel like a dream. They are soft and comfortable. I would say they are more of a greenish than presented in the picture. It's like a mix of rough brown and green worn leathers. They look amazing with my Olive Carriage Coat. As suggested by the wonderful suppliers of this great site, I ordered these in a 1/2 size larger than I get in most shoe sizes. They fit perfectly. So comfortable and oh, so fabulous.

oh, actually according to a shoe size converter, I am 8.5. I am a british size 6. Any chance of getting them in that size? Thanks

They are not as dark as the image (still a fine color), nor is the surface smooth (a bit more like rough leather).

They are, however, comfortable. I'm used to having thick rubber soles when wearing 3" heels, mainly because most shoes try to be stilettos and goth boots are about the only ones that give some type of support, but the heels on these are thick enough for clumsy people but EXTREMELY lightweight. Except for the slope of my foot, I would not have suspected that I was wearing heels.

Not too flashy so they look great with plainer clothes, but they also look fine if you want to dress up or wear clothes with lots of extra things, like buckles or clasps or frills. Or, maybe that's just me that tries not to wear clothes with too many unrelated decorations.

The first day I wore them, it was raining, but since they are not made of animal hide, they stood up just fine.

As for the fit, I'm about 20 pounds overweight, but they fit just fine around my calves.

Okay, I'm wearing these boots as I type this. They came in the mail yesterday and OH MY GOD they are beautiful. The picture doesn't do them justice. I personally, am pretty awful at walking in heels, but these are super easy to walk in and they're so comfy :) I've been wearing them for three hours and about 25 people have asked me where I got them. HIGHLY recommended :)

Last time I tried to get these, they were out of stock, but they're just what I've been looking for. I am praying that I ordered soon enough to snatch up a size 10.

I absolutely love these boots and can't seem to find them, or an equivalent, anywhere. Do you know when you might get more in stock, particularly in size 10?
